All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping options to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of your order.

Available Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. You can view the exact shipping costs at checkout before confirming your purchase. May be different based on your location.

3. Shipping Locations
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Aurum Essence Fragrances is not responsible for any shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
While we take every precaution to ensure your products are packaged securely, sometimes items can be damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged product or believe your order is lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for damages or losses that occur once the package leaves our facility.

8. Packaging
To ensure your fragrance products arrive in perfect condition, we carefully package each order using protective materials. However, we recommend that you handle the products with care upon arrival, as fragile items can still be vulnerable to damage during shipping.
